After your in-clinic visit, you’ll receive a ticket in the modernvet app to book a virtual appointment with the same doctor who saw your pet. It’s seamless, simple, and built around your schedule.

How It Works
1. Complete Your In-Clinic Visit
Once your pet’s offline consultation is done and your bill is settled, a follow-up teleconsultation ticket will appear in your app.
2. Book Within 14 Days
You can use your ticket to schedule a follow-up call with the same vet—as long as it’s within 14 days of your in-clinic visit.
3. Redeem with a Small Fee
When you're ready to book, simply redeem your ticket with a small service fee. This keeps things quick, fair, and flexible.
4. Join the Call in One Tap
No emails, no Zooms. When it’s time for your appointment, just open the app and join the call directly. Your vet will be waiting.
