We can change the provisions of this T&C at any time. Such change will come into effect when they are presented in this web page. It is your responsibility to review the T&C regularly. • You will be required to sign up for an account and/or membership, provide your email address and mobile number, select a password, provide us with certain information or data, such as your contact and payment information, as well as your pet(s)’s information (“”). You promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself and your pet(s). You may not select another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. The handling of the Personal Information is subject to the Privacy Policy, which form a part of this T&C. By using and accessing the Services, you understand, agree and submit to the stipulations of our Privacy Policy as can be changed from time to time. We take your privacy very seriously.

 

• You represent and warrant that you are an individual who has the right to form a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia dan that you are at least 21 (twenty-one) years old and are not under any guardianship. Or if not, you represent and warrant that you have received your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the Services and have gotten your parent or legal guardian to agree to these T&C on your behalf.

 

By agreeing, your parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for: (i) any and all of your actions in relation to the access to and the use of the Services; (ii) any and all cost that arose in relation to your use of the Services; and (iii) your compliance to these T&C.

 

We reserve the right to restrict, close or cancel your account and/or membership should any of these representation and warranty are not true. You further represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Services and will always comply with these T&C.

 

If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you also represent that you are authorized to act for and on behalf of the said legal entity and to bind the said legal entity to the T&C.

• You will only use the Services for your own internal, personal, non-commercial use, and only in a manner that complies with all the relevant rules, laws and regulations that apply to you. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you aren’t authorized to use the Services. We can’t and won’t be responsible for your using the Services in a way that breaks the law.

 

• You will not share your account or password or any other access tools or credentials (including One Time Passcodes (OTP)) with anyone, and you must protect the security of your account, password and any other access tools or credentials. You’re responsible for any activity associated with your account.

 

• You acknowledge and agree that each information in whatever form, including but not limited to video, audio, sound or written words contained within the Services contains individual intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks or copyrights). You are prohibited to use, change, facilitate, disseminate and/or mutilated the said intellectual property rights without their respective owners’ permissions as stipulated in the prevailing laws and regulations.

 

• All health-related articles that are presented in our Services are used to educate users and are not substitutes of the medical opinion, diagnosis or treatment rendered by our qualified medical personnel.

 

• You authorize the examination and/or treatment rendered by our qualified medical personnel of any condition which, in the opinion of our qualified medical personnel, is deemed necessary and appropriate. You hereby do waive, relinquish, and release any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which may arise against us and/or our affiliates, our qualified medical personnel, officers, employees and/or contract staff accruing directly as a result of each examination and/or treatment, or as an indirect result of the administration of such medical examination and/or treatment which, in the discretion of our qualified medical personnel, was reasonable necessary or advisable for dealing with an emergent health care problem. You do hereby further state that you have read the foregoing consent to examination and/or treatment and waiver of liability and understand the contents thereof, and that such consent to examination/treatment and waiver of liability are given of your own free act and deed and not under any undue influence, threat, or coercion. Fees for provision of Services are non-refundable.

 

• We’re always trying to improve our Services, so the Services may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, or we may introduce new features or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services. We reserve the right to remove any part of the Services at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, and without notice.

 

• You’re free to stop using our Services at any time. We are also free to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the Services or your account for any reason in our discretion, including your breach of these T&C. We have the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any of the restrictions set forth in these T&C.

 

• Account termination may result in your account (including the entire information, history and Services within) to be forever deleted and cannot be restored for any reason.

 

• Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination of these T&C shall survive termination. By way of example, all of the following will survive termination: any obligation you have to indemnify us, any limitations on our liability, any T&C regarding ownership or intellectual property rights, and T&C regarding disputes between us.

 

• These T&C is governed and construed as well as executed under the prevailing laws of the Republic of Indonesia dan you expressly agree that the stipulations of Article 1266 of the Civil Code and other stipulations that oblige the ratification or agreement of the court to terminate this T&C do not apply towards this T&C.

Any dispute that arises from this T&C shall be through deliberation to reach consensus or through Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (“BANI”), in accordance to the prevailing procedures at BANI. Should the disputing parties fail to resolve their disputes through BANI, the disputes shall be referred to be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court.
